Notes from Thierry Brouin
In 2008 the flowering of the grapevine lasted during nearly 3 weeks and subsequently the maturity was very heterogeneous when we harvested.
We therefore had to do a very strict selection and with the grapes which where not ripe enough we have made a very nice cuvée of Bourgogne Rosé.
This Bourgogne Rosé is very fresh and fruity, showing 11°8 alcohol by volume, a wine which is perfect to be served in spring and summer with salads and grilled meats.
To be served around 11-12°C
