Ruth and Günter Freund

In 1996 the estate was purchased by Günter and Ruth Freund. At that time Günter Freund was already more than 20 years Chevalier du Tastevin in the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin situated in the former monestary Château du Clos de Vougeot. In 2002 he was appointed Commandeur and his wife Ruth Freund became also Chevalier du Tastevin.
