Wine Spectator - feb. 2010
93 points - Spice, floral and wild berry aromas lead to raspberry, cherry and mineral flavors in this stylish red. This is firmly structured, with the requisite sweet fruit to match its tannins. Excellent length. Best from 2012 through 2024.
Burghound - Allen Meadows (jan. 2009)
"There is combined hint of a floral and vegetal component, which is probably a residual effect of the significant percentage of whole cluster in the vinification. Otherwise the nose is composed of pure and elegant red berry fruit aromas liberally laced with stone and earth notes that can also be found on the richer and bigger flavors though it would be fair to say that the '07 Lambrays is a wine of finesse and delicacy rather than concentration and power. In sum, this is pretty rather than deep." (90-92)/2014+

Visual aspect: a concentrated, gleaming ruby-crimson hue. Nose: elegant and pure on aromas of very ripe, small fruits, intensified by excellent scents of liquorice and spices. Palate: ample and full-bodied with velvety-smooth, unctuous texture and mature, rich tannin.
Comments: quite simply an outstanding wine, which combines powerfulness, terroir, delicacy and charm.
